1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to 999 cuci, Malaysia's leading online entertainment platform. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 999 cuci ("Platform", "We", "Company").

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 999 cuci platform – including the website, mobile app, or any related services – you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all Terms & Conditions set out in this document.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use 999 cuci's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years on the date of registration. 999 cuci takes the protection of minors from gambling activities very seriously.
• Are not prohibited by local laws from participating in online betting or gaming activities.
• Not be on the self-exclusion list of any recognised gambling platform.
• Register under their own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

999 cuci reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a member is found to not meet the minimum age requirement, the account will be terminated immediately and all funds may be forfeited at our discretion.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each 999 cuci member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Holding more than one account under the same individual is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your identification document (MyKad / Passport)
• An active and reachable email address
• A valid Malaysian phone number
• Accurate date of birth
• A strong and unique password

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the 999 cuci support team immediately via live chat.

999 cuci reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any stage. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to complete the KYC process may result in suspended withdrawals or a temporary account suspension.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

999 cuci accepts deposits via a range of trusted and popular payment methods in Malaysia. All transactions are conducted exclusively in MYR (RM).

• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (instant transfer)

The minimum deposit is RM 20 and will be credited to your 999 cuci account automatically within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. No maximum daily deposit limit is set, though large transactions may require additional verification.

Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming on the 999 cuci platform. Any attempt to use the platform as a money transfer channel without meaningful betting activity is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5 Fund Withdrawals & Winnings

999 cuci is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within under 10 minutes to your preferred e-wallet. Transfers to bank accounts via FPX are typically completed within 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the bank's operating hours.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per request
• The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as your 999 cuci account
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be approved
• Any active bonus may carry a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted
• Withdrawals are processed during operating hours only: Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 11:59 PM

999 cuci reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals if fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms is suspected. In such cases, we will notify the member and request the appropriate supporting documents to complete the review.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

999 cuci offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and must be read carefully before being claimed.

General bonus terms that apply:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms
• New member bonuses are only eligible for first-time registration and the first deposit
• The standard wagering requirement is 10x to 30x bonus value depends on the type of promotion

Example: A welcome bonus of RM 50 with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place total bets of RM 1,000 (RM 50 × 20) before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Limited-time promotions, seasonal offers, and loyalty bonuses may carry different terms. All current promotional terms can be found on the 999 cuci promotions page. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotional terms shall prevail.

7 Gaming & Betting Rules

The 999 cuci platform offers a wide range of online entertainment categories including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton), Live Casino, blackjack, poker, lottery, Virtual Sports, and e-sports. Each game category has its own specific rules that apply.

• Sports Betting: All bets are final once confirmed by the system. 999 cuci reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of a technical error, incorrect information, or an unforeseen change to a match (e.g., match cancelled or postponed for more than 24 hours).
• Live Casino & Table Games: Live dealer results are final. Any internet connection disruptions during gameplay are the member's responsibility and do not entitle them to a refund or chargeback.
• Slots & RNG Games: All games use independently verified Random Number Generators (RNG). The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game can be found in its respective game information.
• E-Sports: Esports markets are subject to the rules of the official event organizer. Bets placed on postponed or cancelled matches will be refunded to the account balance.

8 Prohibited & Banned Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999 cuci platform and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or another person's identity
• Use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate games or bets
• Colluding with other members to exploit bonuses or promotions (bonus abuse)
• Any form of fraud, document forgery, or identity theft
• Attempted money laundering through the platform
• Chargebacks or unauthorized payment reversals after betting activity has taken place
• Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account
• Spreading false information about 999 cuci to other parties

9 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Account Termination & Suspension

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe
• Instructions from legal authorities or regulatory bodies
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member or an authorized representative

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, 999 cuci reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account, including any pending withdrawals. This decision is final and non-appealable.

11 Liability Limits & Disclaimer
